What is the most common mistake you see in your practice?

I think the most common mistake I see is people who make the decision they want to change something but continue to behave in the same old ways. Then when they don’t get results they want, they become frustrated and discouraged, not recognizing the discrepancies between their decision and their behaviors. Those who are most successful with change are those who make the decision and then stick with new behaviors. They don’t look back, and they don’t get nostalgic for the way things “used to be.“ They move on with their lives.
